Pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree 196 of 30 June 2003, the Personal Data Protection Code, we advise that the personal data that you are requested to provide in your request for customer support using the www.trenitalia.com site will be processed by our company as strictly necessary, for the purposes associated with management of the service. It is important that you provide this information or the service requested cannot be provided.
In addition to the information specified above for the data relating to the request for information, you may provide additional personal data in the fields not marked by asterisks. These data are requested so we can obtain information about customer travel habits, for the purposes of scheduling an appropriate range of Trenitalia services. PROCEDURES FOR PROCESSING
Your personal data will be processed in hard-copy and electronic form using manual and computer-based systems, with the application of appropriate measures designed to ensure the security and confidentiality of the data. Your data will not be disclosed to other individuals and will not be distributed in any manner, and will be accessed only by the N/I Sales and Customer Care Department of the N/I Passenger Division, the Regional Commercial Department and the various Regional/Provisional Departments of the Trenitalia S.p.A. Regional Passenger Division, in their capacity as entities responsible for the data, Tele Sistemi Ferroviari S.p.A and FS S.p.A., and by the individuals designated by the abovementioned managers, in their capacity as employees thereof.
