We remind you that for ticketless tickets, in case of cancellation travel needs of the traveler only before departure of the train, the refund can also be requested by using the appropriate feature automatic repayment activated by calling the ticket from link "Assistance to members"in reserved area.

You can not with this form to request reimbursement for regional tickets. For more information check the Conditions of Carriage apply to regional trains.

Please note that reports and/or requests for assistance concerning the Cartafreccia programme must be submitted in the section reserved for "Assistance to Members".
Any reports included with the form below will not be pursued further.
